Silvon Memorial hospital set forth a program to improve the maternity section. The set goals included, to enhance maternity care services to be able to support the needs of mothers and their children and to improve the flow of pregnant women in the maternity section countrywide. This goal is aimed at ensuring proper care for mothers and their children during childbirth.
The objectives included, to develop and implement a plan for learning and development. This objective allowed employees to learn more while at work and were also able to air their views on more improvements they expected in the maternity section. The objectives are narrow and precise as they are supposed to be whereas the goals are ambitious which motivates the employees.
