Tecno and Huawei are both Chinese mobile phone company. Tecno is little known in China, but it is the number one smart phone company in Africa in terms of sales. Huawei is a well-known smart phone company around the world.

Evaluate the differences of their business strategies and provide some rationale as to why these companies may be using such different approaches.

Focus on how Tecno’s business strategy in Africa and how it made a huge sucess, and how huawei’s marketing strategy is different from that of Tecno’s and the reason behind it.
