You are required to:
Analyse on Impossible foods inc. (AUSTRALIAN CONTEXT) – analyse on Australian market instead of US.
- Analyse the organisation’s current generic strategy and discuss how well this is aligned to the forces operating in the external environment and whether or not the organisation has appropriate resources and capabilities to support its current strategy. From this you are required to determine the most appropriate generic strategy for the case study organisation moving forward.
- Develop a proposal for the case study organisation to ensure they are able to compete successfully in the Australian market over the NEXT 3 YEARS. This proposal needs to be aligned with the generic strategy previously outlined. This proposal needs to be supported by substantial research and the application of appropriate strategic management theory.
- Justify your choice of proposal using appropriate strategic management theory to provide a well developed argument to support your proposal.
Your report must include an executive summary of no more than 300 words (not included in word count) and as per report guidelines must include a table of contents, introduction and conclusion.
Presentation and professionalism of the report: You should aim to produce a report that is professionally presented and well organised, with structured sections, correct use of subheadings and diagrams/tables appropriately labelled. Relevant literature should be correctly referenced as per RMIT Harvard guidelines with no errors. Students should ensure correct use of all of the following: (use of citations and references; choice of paraphrasing, quotations; using information in ways that are true to original context) with no errors. Students are encouraged to proofread the report before submission, ensuring that the report has no grammatical and/or spelling errors. Use Normal 1″ page margin. INCLUDE AT LEAST 10 ARTICLE JOURNALS.
